Noir on Noir (Grape Sour)
Are you ready for a whodunit of epic proportions? Somebody brewed a vixen of a tart wheat ale, and then aged it in pinot noir barrels for four months. And then, as if that wasn't enough, they conditioned that barrel-aged beer on pinot noir grapes from the Chehalem Mountains. The result is a vivacious wine-like sour that is sure to disappear quickly. Just don't blame us.
